Today's Tip : Before putting the burgers on the grill spray a layer oil on to the racks and make sure that the fire is absolutely hot. Avoid turning it over again and again, instead turn only once to cook each side.  To get uniformly thick patty, press lightly against your palm and rotate, but be careful not to overdo it, the meat meat will become tough. Use your thumb to smoothen the edge and shape it up. Once it is done, keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour before placing n the grills.
