Smoked Cajun Brisket recipe
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dried thyme
- Step 1
Rub brisket entirely with cajun seasoning. Wrap in plastic or foil and store in refrigerator overnight.

smoke brisket at 225 degree F until internal temperature reaches 195F. Roughly 1 1/2 hours per pound.
