There is nothing like cooking over an open fire! A very simple recipe for Roast Beef from "American Cookery" by Amelia Simmons.

Today's Tip : 

Meat and Poultry should not be exposed to the air and should completely stored in the the freezer until it being prepared for the grill. 2. Meat or Poultry should not kept in the room temperature for more than one hour, even if it is already marinated , it should be put back in the refrigerator.
