Brisket Wrap Test | Which Brisket Has The Best Flavor?

Wrapped with foil, butcher paper, or naked? I smoke 3 briskets and have 4 YouTube guests to provide our answer!!! Briskets were smoked at 225F on my Yoder Wichita using Pecan Wood. All briskets were USDA Prime and 9-10 pounds.

Rub Recipe:
1 Cup Kosher Salt
1 1/2 Cups Course Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
