Argentine Grill & Brick BBQ Smoker Stop Motion!

WOW BEAUTIFUL WORK -- THAT IS SOME IMPRESSIVE CONSTRUCTION!

Started with a 5" concrete slab, then used 43 cinder blocks, 450 used bricks, 50 fire bricks and made 2" concrete plates for the grill support, counter-top and roof. The Argentine grill is a modified drop-in with stainless V-grate, bolted it straight to the concrete/steel structure. Burning Hickory or hardwood charcoal = awesome food !

Today's Tip : What you should ask yourself before buying a smoker?When you are just starting out, Charcoal smokers are the best option to go with. They are comparatively less expensive and will help you learn the basic techniques of smoking without burning a big hole in the pocket.
